Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson Coliseum

This was exactly what we anticipated after staying in Hampton Inns previously. Good pool.

Its location was a little too far out of town

Coffee and tea served for breakfast. Separate room with the pullout sofa, children in tow and comfortable bed. Great and absolutely perfect location to tourists spots in a new area. Variety of food options within walking distance of the venue.

The front desk person was nice, close to the Highway

The bathroom smelt like eggs, the room was not clean, the carpet was very old and dirty. My daughter found a spider in the bed. I also saw hair from a previous guest in the covers. Soon as I walked in I was ready to leave. Also someone pulled the fire alarm at approx. 3 in the morning (2X). I will never stay there again. Waste of money!!!!

Great hotel with great staff

The place was super clean, and you could smell the freshness when walking in. Our King Room had an awesome seating area and a comfortable sofa bed. The tv, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker were nice touches. Fitness center, outdoor pool, and tasty breakfast. Location was perfect across from the Coliseum.

the location was perfect and comfortable, next to the coliseum with easy access to fairgrounds and shops. the most important was the staff - attentive and respectful people.

The whole place was super clean, and you could smell the freshness as soon as you walked in. Our room was very nice, and the bed was just the right amount of firm-so comfy! The breakfast was surprisingly well-seasoned, which we really enjoyed. Plus, the location was perfect for us since it was right across from the coliseum. We loved the outdoor pool and fitness center too!

Staff was very friendly. This was our second time staying there. Both times was very pleasant stay.

There wasn't any thing negative about the stay.

The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was good as well

The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Very stuffy and would not come back on after 2:30 a.m. We had a blinking phone message and when I asked how to retrieve it, staff was clueless as to help. There was no direction on the phone itself either.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. Highly recommend!

Professional staff, friendly staff, great breakfast

Hotel and staff cannot help the area around hotel is deteriorating. They are doing all they can to offset.

The entire staff was warm and friendly. Hot coffee w choices of blends and fruit always avail.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very very good stay for a night's rest while on a road trip. It was very close to all the main tourist attractions in downtown/capitol neighborhood and Close to the malls, unbeatable and convenient location overall. We had lunch in Cook Out, located nearby: D

The location was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. Was in a very quite area and near restaurants and pubs.
